Villa Coral is the largest of the twelve villas at La Perla del Caribe. The villa has 5 beautiful bedrooms each with its own private bathrooms. It also has 2 additional bathrooms on the first and second floor as well as an outdoor shower. The villa also has an enclosed laundry room area as well as an enclosed garage.
The villa also has four separate screen porches to enjoy the beautiful landscaping and ocean views. The third floor contains the large master bedroom suite as well as two large patios to enjoy both the gorgeous sunrises and sunsets.
Villa Coral was completely remodeled several years ago to include new high-efficiency air conditioners, new fans and beautiful crown wood molding throughout the three floors. There are also new appliances and furniture.
The villa has never been in the rental pool and has been enjoyed by the owners only several weeks during the year. If placed in the rental pool, the new owners would enjoy a significant return on their investment while still enjoying the villa during their stays.
